Over the past 27 years and with the support of our sponsors, the Urban Financial Services Coalition Los Angeles Chapter has awarded more than 120 merit-based scholarships (+$450,000) to help senior high school students who have expressed an interest in business and financial services careers attend colleges and universities throughout the country.
The 2011 fund-raiser was held in May at the Marina del Rey Hotel. At this annual event, four young people were honored for Thriving in a Season of Change—the theme of the 2011 signature Scholarship Breakfast.
